Fender Telecaster '72 Thinline Reissue - $550

Post by Geo Nordin »

Very nice Tele that is in excellent condition. Comes with a nice case. Guitar plays well...no issues. Would prefer not to sell, but just bought a pedal steel and need to scrape together some cash to make my wife happy. Let me know if you have any questions. Price is $550 plus shipping.

Thanks and happy holidays to all!

Those are wide range humbuckers. Fender also has those on the Telecaster Deluxe, I love the sound of those pups. Sorry if I butted in to your add Geo.

No problem Will....thanks for helping out. Yep, they are Wide Range Humbuckers. Definitely beefier than a standard Tele....but still nice sounding.

Another plus about those pickups. I have the same ones in my Thinline and they can be tapped and wired out of phase for additional sounds. When you tap the bridge pickup it sounds very much like a Telecaster single coil bridge pickup and with the out of phase wiring you can get pretty close to the Tele and Strat sounds along with your humbucker things........JH in Va.
Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!!
