Yes, that's Clay Savage. He was the treasurer of the PSGA for many years, until, his death. Unfortunately, I don't remember the year. Maybe 1995 or 96'. I'm not sure.
Clay was a great man. A true gentleman in many ways. And, quite a bedroom, closet picker. He played really good, but, was too bashful to play publicly. He is still missed, today. Plus, he was my friend. God bless him.
