Yesterday I called over to SGN to see what was shakin, and by the grace of God, Bobbe was on the way in to work on the newsletter. My friend Tim Sergeant and I met at the shop, and spent an hour or so with Bobbe. He wanted me to let all you guys know, that he holds all of you in the highest regard. He is still in recovery mode, and he's making progress.. He was delighted to see Tim and I as well...and that really made my day...Great to see you Bobbe...thanks for the hospitality...Mickey..and Tim

I sure am glad that it worked out for Mickey and I to meet up at Steel Guitar Nashville on a day when Bobbe just happened to be there. I haven't seen Bobbe in quite awhile. Well I guess nobody has seen him in quite awhile for that matter. We did figure out that we have been friends for 32 or 33 years. I still remember the day my dad drove me down from Kentucky to pick out a steel guitar (wish I'd have bought that Super Pro 2 that was sitting in the show room!). We've been friends ever since.

It's great to see Bobbe getting back in the mix. I've missed his humor.

It was also great to see Mick, Bob Hempker, Vic Lawson and Larry as well.

I needed a volume pot a few years ago didn't know Bobbe from Adam He was one of the nicest guys you will ever talk to and saying he is knowledgeable is like saying Chet Atkins was a picker. He sent me the pot and I actually called to see where and how he wanted paid, He sent that pot out without a dime on my part.
a true master of pedal steel!!, get well Mr Seymore..

I'm so glad to see Bobbe doing better. IMO, he is one of the true kindred spirits of steel players world wide.

Glad to be among those who Bobbe holds in contempt, err I mean high regard. Laughing

Sincere best wishes to Bobbe as he continues on the mend.
