A Milestone in Tabulature

Post by Erv Niehaus »

As I was putting a new listing in my tabulature mail list, I noticed that I had approached somewhat of a milestone.
As of this date, I have sent tabulature to 1,501 pedal steel guitar players located all over the world.
Thank the Lord for b0b and the Steel Guitar Forum or I would never have had the opportunity to do so.
Thanks so much,
Erv

Tab Milestone

Post by Jerry Berger »

Your the man, Erv. Without your "easy to read and understand tabs", my life as a wanna-be pedal steel player would be even more challenging! Thanks again for all your help.

Tab

This is 100 per cent the truth...A one dollar tab from Erv taught me more steel guitar than a thousand dollars worth of steel lessons from pro pickers.

Congratulations, Erv. You provide a great service to the international psg community. Without your tabs I'd be struggling by now!
Many thanks

Erv, your tabs have been instrumental (literally!) in my development as a steel player.

They have helped my understanding of chord construction/melody and I have also worked them using Lloyd Green's excellent advice suggesting players learn their licks, melodies, chords, etc in three different positions. Much appreciated.
