Vintage Fender 75 tube amp made during the Rivera era. Just had it gone through and retubed in Nashville a few months ago before I moved back to Oklahoma. Fender's answer to the Mesa Boogie back in the day...loud, monsterous sounding amp, but heavy. $325 plus shipping. Email me for pics.
That is a killer deal on an extremely good amp.. They are great pedal steel amps, and are screaming loud and very clean.. I had one and miss it.. They are very heavy, and they were very stoutly built. .. bob
I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!
no gear list for me.. you don't have the time......
I actually bought this to try with my steel, but could never get it to clean up enough for me. These were built to compete with Mesa Boogies. Great guitar amp, though.
Yep, tried different tubes. It has all new tubes, as I had it gone through in Nashville by Jon Davidson. Has barely been played through since that. I would describe the sound as a little bit of "edge" on it. This amp is designed to be played loud. It has high and low inputs, as well...
I gigged with one of these for a few years in the mid 80's... it was great for my tele,335,and old BR9 lap steel... never tried it for pedal steel..it is a loud and well built amp and yes...heavy !!
