Roger Williams from Maine. I have one of his CD's entitled "Route 2 to Amherst." It's worth having for anyone who enjoys dobro music. The last time I saw Roger in person was back around 1990. He was playing an RQ Jones reso at the time.

Roger plays with his partner & band mate Amy Gallatin. He's great player & terrific vocalist. Roger's solo projects can be found HERE! He just released a project with his son!

I know Amy & Roger will be actively touring in 2014 at some "important" festivals.

Oh, Roger lives in Glastonbury, CT.

Back when I knew Roger he was living in Maine and was playing with White Mountain Bluegrass. All of that old stuff is on my LP's. As I remember, Roger also did some recording with fiddle player Ray Legere of Canada.

Yes 'River of no return ' is well worth a listen. Saw Roger live at the Cornish Bluegrass festival UK a few years ago. Great Dobro player.

+1 for Roger Williams. He's a fantastic player with his own style and technique. A real innovator too!
