Farfisa price reduced: $250, buyer pays shipping. Everything works! Folds down to a large suitcase size, comes with volume pedal, original cover, music stand and power unit.

How can you live another day without being able to play the solo to "Light My Fire" on an authentic Farfisa?

I so totally don't need this that it is absurd to even look at it but....lord it takes me back to my Farfisa Mini-Compact that I bought when I was 13 back in '66. Wish I still had it...mainly for sentimental reasons.
Good luck---that will be a great score for someone.

Just curious--does it have a knee lever volume control (as my mini did)?

GREAT deal!!!! We used to have to take a hair dryer along on the gigs so we could heat up the inside of the Farfisa to make it work right.

They sure were cool at the time and still are.

Have not seen one of those in years, I had a double keyboard Farfisa organ, with volume pedal another pedal that slid the notes up, I took it apart & put the pot inside the organ & used it to play in different keys, never really was a good organ player, & only played a few gigs with it. I was bustin' myself to get a steel guitar & sold it & bought a ShoBud Crossover, what a mess that thing was!! But we won't go there!

I keep hearing the lyrics to 96 Tears when I look at it. I am tempted. My wife said one more guitar and she would leave me but she never said anything about a Farfisa Organ.

I was in a band in Maryland in the early 70's and we got a Leslie for the kb player's Farfisa. Tone to die for - really!

From your old post, Matt---yes, turning it off with keys depressed was fun. Based on an old recording I used to have of Sun Ra, it would seem that he discovered this too (I don't know if he played a Farfisa and for all I know this 'feature' was common with other organs).
