I was skeptical when I heard that Sarah Jory was playing a small DC area honky tonk, a venue that I regularly play.

But, there she was last night with "Dirty Money" a band of Brits. When I left, after two hours, they had played without a break and going strong.

Sarah taught me a thing or two about rocking about on steel, WHEW!! At one point in the evening she grabbed a Peavey Power Slide, jumped up onto a table and just wailed! I might give that a thought on my next gig there. Laughing

Anyway..The band was rockin' and Sarah seemed to be having a great time. The place was packed. It was one heck of a show for $10. Sarah up close.

I recognized no other steel players. Too bad!
