I copy my posting to his site to once again brag on Shoe's new CD.

Recently Curt Shoemaker announced his latest CD titled "Free and Easy" --Song list: Free and Easy, It's so Nice To Be With You, Key Largo, Dance With Me, Unchained Melody, Red, Red Wine, Shoestrings, Makin' Believe, You Comb Her Hair Every Morning, The Last Farewell.

I received my copy of this compilation of work and I would like to express some thoughts and opinions. Real enjoyment!!
I have always been impressed with his touch, approach and selection of material and he did not disappoint me this time.
He will have your attention with his smooth delivery of such songs as Red, Red Wine, Makin Believe and The Last Farewell, (an old Roger Whittaker ballad). His version of “Free and Easy” was a fitting tribute to his friend, Tom Brumley, and it’s a splendid rendition.
I haven’t selected a favorite as yet, but his original song “Shoestrings” is top shelf. A stroke of genius in utilizing a wonderful Hammer Dulcimer player on this tune. Could not have chosen a more perfect instrument to enhance this bit of music.

You may order by check or money order. Send $15 plus $2 P&H to: Shoe Box Music
