Don't know how many of you on here have dealt with Dale or used any of his Gizmo's, but let me tell you. He made me a couple of CUSTOM scaffolds for my pack seat this week. And when I say CUSTOM I mean it, he made sure I was getting exactly what I needed for my application. I called him up and he put so much emphasis on getting me exactly what I wanted I couldn't believe it. This kind of customer service, and having someone who sincerely takes pride in what they do was a refreshing experience to put it mildly. What a great guy. On top of that he had them out to me an just a couple of days. Wish I had more people like him to deal with on regular basis. So if you haven't checked out any of his products, do yourself a major favor, and look at some of the specialty stuff he makes for our group, and send some business his way. He sure deserves it. I also bought a really unique thing from him sometime back he calls a beavertail, which slips perfectly over the C6 neck and acts kinda like a pad, and keeps me from sweating all over my C6 strings, but pops right on and off instantly whenever I want to try to learn, or practice something on the C6 neck, which is perfect for a newbie to C6 like me.

Own several of Dale's products and have spoken with him at length on the telephone, would be hard pressed to find a nicer, more conscientous person to deal with.

| I totally agree...I have two of his products and they are top quality and he is a super nice person to deal with...great prices, great products, nice guy...what more could you ask for ? I highly recommend checking with Dale on any of your steel accessory needs ! |

I just happened to stumble in (butt-first) through the door here. What a nice little 'surprise' party.
Thank you, Howard, for your kind words, and most favorable review. This whole "Gizmo" -thing- began inadvertently. There were a few gadgets that I needed, but, they didn't exist...
It was my good pal, (Charlie Whitten) who encouraged me to offer some of my 'creatures' to other steel players. I'm glad he did. Because, what I really enjoy most, (above all) is meeting, and getting to know some really great folks, such as yourselves...

Dale is very good at building things even I can afford for my steel guitar playing experience. His gadgets aren't only affordable but are practical, functional,and could possibly prevent baldness in barbers(or maybe not).
