Hey Craig, I'd like the price too.... Why don't you just post it on the thread so we wouldn't have to ask? Just curious........ Anyway, the Izzys of the past were very nice units. I used to use two of them on my old ShoBud, one on the guitar and one into the volume pedal. I also had a spare that I plugged right into the front of my old Gibson Trini Lopez 335 style guitar. It really "un muddied" the ol' Gibson for sure. I'm glad these are back on the market...........JH in Va.

Kevin,
I remember that one, I believe that's the one the Smithsonian Museum called me about.

Let us know if it still works. (if it doesn't. . . just let me know.)

My Li'l Izzy arrived today. After 10 minutes of playing, I am a believer! What a great sound! Everything Craig says about it is true, and I'm looking foward to trying different guitar/amp combinations.

I just wanted to let you folks know what a bargain Craig is giving you on the Li'l Izzy... I paid $1000 for mine.

Of course, the guy threw in a GFI S-10 and a Nashville 112....

hehehehehe :D

Seriously, if you are thinking about getting one... DO IT!

Scott,
Thank you, as always, for your loyalty to Li'l Izzy. Glad yours came with a GFI.

We tried to put a similar deal together with The Emmons Company, but for some reason, they never got back to us.

Here's an A/B shot with a phone, but even with the mic on the phone, the difference is noticeable and impressive.

2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

Lane , you`ve talked me into that Izzy a year ago and I finally got it from Craig a couple days ago, All I gotta say is " Man you werent kidding , its for real"
Thanks, I did notice I need to practice more because of the clarity that comes out, My mistakes are very clear and disapointing to me, But its turned my sound into what I call a rich expensive tone that wasnt that expensive and usable with any amp system, I just needed direction.
Thanks Craig for getting it so fast to me and Lane Thanks for the Hottest tip in steel electronics to hit back on the market.
I love it ...

Mr. Gray,
Thank you for posting the A-B demonstration.
Based on that "Night Life" tease, its time we get to hear more of your playing.

Mr. Schwartz,
Thank you so much. Your praise of Li'l Izzy is most appreciated. Glad to hear that it's is doing the job for you.
I understand your comments too well. Li'l Izzy showed me a long time ago how Un-Nashville I sounded.

Maybe I should put Lane on a retainer. Thanks again Craig.

Tony,
Thank you for your post. I am very happy to learn that you like the clear sound you're getting with your new Li'l Izzy.

It's always good to know there is one more steel player out there content with his tone.

Again Tony, I am grateful for your kind words.

Respectfully,

I received a call last week from Mr. Baker telling me "Thank You" for recommending the Lil Izzy to other players. How many companies or product manufacturers do you see doing that? I have recommended this product to several steel players and even offering them a test run with my Lil Izzy. I now have two friends who have bought Lil Izzy with another friend going to order one as well. Great job Mr. Baker on producing such a great product. I am one happy steel player for sure.

Paul,
It is difficult to express the gratitude when I read posts such as yours.
Years ago, I worked for a successful man who taught me a valuable philosophy: "You don't want
satisfied customers. . . they're everywhere. You want loyal customers. . . big difference."
It's true.

It's the praise of loyal customers such as yourself, that keeps the wheels turning at the Li'l Izzy factory.

So one more time. . . Thank you Paul

Sincerely,
Craig Baker 706-485-8792

Great unit and exceptional service

Post by Wayne Drummond »

No real need to add to the accolades; my live and recording sound are much improved by my purchase. Not much has been said about Craig's customer service. He delivered my unit personally and bought me a nice lunch at the Cracker Barrel. It is a great product and Craig is an excellent raconteur. Thanks!!!!
