I would like to say word of thanks to
Dave Beaty and all the Staff at Telonics
for the fine service they Gave me and the quick
turn around on my vol pedal repair
when they say Warranty they mean it folks
they went above and beyond to make my pedal right
so if you have or are getting a product from these fine folks rest asured you will be covered on your repairs/warrantys if you need it
the products are built to perfection and
built like a tank as well

Wow - Mike, you have the "honor" of having the only Telonics pedal that I've ever heard needed repair...I guess there must be a few out there...but I agree, built like a tank and I gig with complete confidence with mine...

yeah it was strange I was playing at home and all of a sudden the pedal went wide open and stayed there
Dave said it was a solder joint on a real small part that they use a robot to install at the factory
but she right now!!
anyway its a great pedal and way back when these telonics pedals came out I said naw no way
well I was wrong they are well worth the price
even though I didnt buy this pedal (it was a gift to me by a close friend) they still fixed it for me
and they paid the shipping
cant ask for anything more then that
so yeah im sold on um :D

I also agree with all of the above - VP , pickups , speakers and service are excellent . . .
The only things in life I truly hate - fleas , fruit flies , and building furniture
