I like this version. Some " cheating" going on here. Either slants or pedals, maybe both.

Hawaii's cowboys became known as paniolo, a corruption of espaƱol, the language the vaquero spoke. The term still refers to cowboys working in the Islands and to the culture their lifestyle spawned.

Yes, poor old Lili is probably clutching her Ukelele in horror as she listens and laments to all the cheating with slants and pedals that she has to hear.😪

Actually she is probably covering her ears in horror. Kinda like what you might be doing if you tried to listen to this.
