Judging by the RKR design, I'd say nearer to 1970.(Ihave two from that era and they both look the same as this)

look here -> http://homepage.tinet.ie/~doveandhawk/1415d.html

Judging by the pedals, which appear to be
the narrower cast pedals....looks more like
a '76 than a '66. Alot of these have a
date code on tone pot. Just get the
numbers off that & it will pinpoint it.

As far as I know, the cut-tail changer (as on this one) was introduced around 1970 but the guitars build between 1970-72 were "fat-backs" without the cut-out in the the back apron that this one has, so that would make it anything from 1973/74 and up.

I don't see any pedals to get guidance from ! (Yes on Basil's well-used axe but not on Damir's).

Hmm... the first picture looks like a guitar with wooden necks. The picture below it shows a guitar with aluminum necks.

Am I seeing things???

The tone knob sure isn't 1966 -- I don't know when Emmons switched from the old Dakaware knob, but it was after 1969.
Are there available bushings for 9 or 10 pedals? What is the pedal stop made of -- wood or metal?<FONT SIZE=1 COLOR="#8e236b"><p align=CENTER>[This message was edited by Chris Lucker on 12 May 2003 at 09:17 AM.]</p></FONT><FONT SIZE=1 COLOR="#8e236b"><p align=CENTER>[This message was edited by Chris Lucker on 12 May 2003 at 11:14 AM.]</p></FONT>
