Exactly. He plays the Rube, asking all the dumb questions these guys have been asked a thousand times. It' s a good gag.

Was it a Lap steel or not? I saw Dale at Gruene Hall And I said Dale I Play Steel Guitar, He Said you don't look that Crazy! Great Entertainer! Randy G. :lol:

we really think he's being goofy? cause I'm sure you all agree that we hear is that a "lap steel"? way too much.

The worst is when the sound man says it... I always give em a little hell and say "no.. its a pedal steel... you get ONE... after that we've got issues"
