Lost my biggest fan today.

Post by Darvin Willhoite »

My mother passed away at 2:20 this morning, she would have been 93 on August 1st. She loved to hear me play and sing, I could never make a mistake in her eyes. She loved God and taught me the right way to live, and she was ready to go. Even when we know it's coming, we're never ready.

MSA Millennium, Legend, and Studio Pro, Reese's restored Universal Direction guitar, as well as some older MSAs, several amps, new and old, and a Kemper Powerhead that I am really liking. Recently added a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored blue Rose, named the "Blue Bird" to the herd. Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic again that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also added a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks.

Darvin,

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. It is never easy to see them go, but it is good that we know where she is today. That is what life is all about, and she has made it.

You and your family are in my prayers.

Darvin,

I understand. That is very similar to when my mom passed. Your family is in my prayers.
