Pedal steel lessons in Chicago

Post by Todd Pertll »

I'm hoping to find a teacher in the city. I've been playing for about 10 years and have hit a rut. I'm looking for someone to help me focus my practice time.

thanks,

todd

Also, it wouldn't have to be a formal, weekly type of lesson. Maybe an hour or two here or there when schedules allow.

thanks,

todd

Don't know anything about him.
Also check with Nelson Winn at Broadway Music in Merrillville, Indiana.
Good man, good player, don't know if he still teaches, but he may recommend
someone. Some psg players will be meeting at his store tonight, give him a call.

Yes, Ken Champion is a real nice guy and a very good musician. He was coming out to my house for a while. He lives in the far northwest suburbs though.

Yes, Ken is excellent and helped me a ton. Brian Wilkie (773)484-8252 is also great and you can see for yourself most Fridays at the Empty Bottle for Honky Tonk Happy Hour. Ken also sits in regularly. Steel happiness!
