How wonderful that Paul receives co-billing on the title of this CD. I'm sure it's gonna be just great.

Vince talks about it in this video, plus he and Paul do one of the songs. There are some other links on youtube from this set, that you can find listed to the right on the youtube page. Some really GREAT music!

Vince and Paul were on Sirius/xm radio this morning. They played all of the songs on the CD and had talked about each one. It was great. I will definitely be getting a copy.

Whats not to like? Matt Rowland on Keyboards I think I seen JWR on the side and when PF did the ride's The hair stood up on my neck like the first time I heard Look at us. Vince couldn't have put more feeling and any better vocals into this package. This is not a hurried tribute CD. They captured and returned the great moments these songs brought us. I have said many times nothing PF does surprises me. Wrong!!! he takes great to a new level. We all know the Songs are classic and tributes too two Giants of Country music, Merle and Buck But WOW. Two Greats once again "Together Again" Vince and Paul. Lets have more there can never be enough for me. Nice to see the great Dawn Sears as part of the Video.

Is Amazon the only place where it's sold? I ordered it and got to Download it also. Not a disappointment in any song. If I would critique anything it would be Vince's Guitar solo's. They are great but not the Clean sounds of a Rich or Nichols Bakersfield Owens and Hag legendary sounding Tele's. I'd call it a great CD, One of the best to come around in years but without Pauls steel, not much of it captures or resembles the Bakersfield sound I grew up with. That could have been by careful design tho as not to be just a copy of the past. They worked real hard to bring back a great music from two greats from a great era.Careful to put their own imprint on the music.. It ain't going to get any better than this.

Just bought the album on iTunes. For Paul's steel I'm sure Moon and Tom Brumley would be very flattered and pleased, as I'm sure Norm Hamlet is also.

It's great to get it immediately downloaded. The only thing I miss is the autographed CD jackets.

I'll spread the word.

Me too! double "duh". But, I am listening to it right now thanks to the wonders of downloadable purchase. The engineered sound is fantastic! Vince has a great studio. Very crisp, immediate, but warm sound I am getting. This has to be the best bass sound I've heard on a recording in a long time. I expect to have my headphones stuck to my head for the next week or three.

I absolutely love this recording. Vince is a standup guy to do this project and expose one of the greatest steelers. The thing is stellar.

I got my copy of this CD today from Amazon and I'm listening through it now for the first time and it is absolutely amazing!

I'm a BIG fan of the Bakersfield sound - it's my kind of country music - and this CD just NAILS those classics in a way that none other than Vince and Paul could have done IMHO!

It made my day, that's for sure! Well done indeed!
