Post by Jim Whitaker »

I have a Brad Sarno Tonic That is going to waste in a briefcase. It is for sale but i really don't know what is a fair price for it. $400.00 $500.00
I paid well over $600.00.
I won't let it go on a lowball offer so let me know.

Hi Jim

I own two Tonics. They both have reverb and they are nice little preamps. Mine are mounted in Furlong powered cabinets and that makes for a nice amp setup.

Here is a picture of one in a 15" cabinet. The preamp just slid into a fitted compartment in these cabinets.

Brad only made around 50 of the Tonics so there are not too many out there. I have viewed a couple for sale on the forum over the past couple of years and they have been listed in the low $400 range.

Good luck with your sale.
