Hey Jimmy, looks great! Wow 7 pedals? I take it this is not your first pedal steel with it having 12 strings and 7 pedals.

Hi Jimmy,
Welcome to the world of GFI-nice guitar you have there.I have an SD10 3x5 in 2 tone wood -maple top and vintage wood sides.I fitted a Trutone and it sounds fabulous.You amp looks interesting too-is it a Lunchbox? Was your purchase from Promeneade music?How long have you been playing? Regards Dave

Hi Dave ,to answer your first question.
1 no I did not buy it from a shop I took it in PX
2 the amp is a 200 watt ZT 1/12 Club Lunchbox
3 I have been playing steel for over 40 years and lead guitar for over 50 years and I am still crap Very Happy .

I played universal for a long time.

Hi again Jimmy,
Thanks for the reply.I currently use a Cube 80x amp -same philosophy as yours no doubt on amp choice.Your time frame playing is the same as me 50 on regular guitar and almost 40 on steel!
Got turned on to horizontal strings by Jon David Call from Prairie League and of course Buddy Cage from NRPS.I live up in Yorkshire so we are a long way away -however nice to meet you! Regards Dave

Hey Jimmy I use a ZT club too. (I use 2 of them with a POD XT with a custom default setting that includes some stereo chorusing.)

I also use a Sarno Black Box, and it makes a big difference. The Black box makes the ZT amps really come alive. You should try one and see for yourself what it does.
