I am in the process of re-mixing by CD "Made Of Steel". I wasn't happy with the way my steel guitar sounded. So I have gone back in and started mixing this myself. Here take a listen...

Zane,
the first one was just great! Now, you just over-did-it; You must have practiced some.
Actually, it was double-great; you just get better and better.
I guess it's that old cliche about a good woman behind a good man. Keep up the good work; I haven't heard a bad one yet.
Now get the cd done, I am ready to hear it all......

That was excellent Zane. It's funny how we are never happy with our own sound or playing. Guess that's a good thing or we would all stagnate.

Here is my take on this Zane. Both versions are excellent and there are qualties i like better on the youtube version better than the remix and vice a versa. The steel seems to be up in the mix better in the youtube version, which i like. To me there is definitly a difference tone wise. I really like the ending on the remix better. But what do i know. Im just a wanna be steeler. Im Mr. Green with envy for your God given talent.
