Here's my 1972 Vibrosonic Reverb for sale. Price is $750 for sale locally only! I will possibly meet in New England area, if not too far.
The components are all orig. Trannys etc. I had a couple of tweaks done. A few caps , resistors updated. The master volume was taken out of the circuit and the master volume knob now is a presence knob. Great for tweaking the treble! I also had the tech put a negative feedback loop control in the ext. speaker hole. This allows you to dial in or out that feature. Nice for fattening up the tone for guitar. Both are reversable. no new holes. The JBL d-130F was completely restored by Dusty Speakers. He does a really fine job. I replaced the grill cloth with a piece from my 1968 Bassman botton. New to amp, but original vintage cloth. The amp looks real nice, and sounds just like these wonderful steel amps should with that little bit extra tone control.
As tech for Ben Keith for many years, I learned how sweet these amps are for Steel. i also work with Carl Bromoel of My Morning Jacket, and had one like this set up for him. I am holding way too much and not interested in any trades. Thanks for lookin', Rocky PRICE $750, LOCAL
