I recently had the pleasure of seeing them in Franklin, TN. Kind of a CD releases show where the band played two sets, the first being the hits and such and for the second set they performed the new album start to finish. It was a great show musically anchored by one of my good friends Mike Webb on keys, accordian, mandolin and guitar as well as vocals. Rusty was engaging in between songs and played and sang right on the money. If any has discovered the fountain of youth, it must be Rusty. Country rock still lives...

He did not play a whole lot of steel but when he did it was glorious. When he was not on steel, he was concentrating on playing some great music. A musician of his caliber has more to offer than just steel.
