1201-8 is a model of Peavey Black Widow speaker. There have been a few changes in them over the years from say, late 70's, early 80's to present day.

HELLO JERRY: THANKS FOR THE COME BACK. I'M THINKING
OF REPLACING THE BLUE MARVAL TO SEE IF IT WILL HELP
MY TONE SOME. I ONLY PLAY AT HOME TO MYSELF AND I
MAY JUST BE WASTING MONEY I DO'NT HAVE. :D JERRY
HOW LONG HAVE YOU LIVED IN LOUISVILLE? I HAVE
COUSENS LIVING THERE. I WAS RAISED IN CHARLESTOWN
JUST OVER THE RIVER A LITTLE WAYS. I TOOK MY VERY
FIRST STEEL GUITAR LESSON'S THERE ON A 6 STRING
WOODEN GUITAR, FOR TWO YEARS. I LEFT THERE IN 1960
AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. IT WAS A TRAGIC MISTAKE THO.

I TALK TOO MUCH! TAKE CARE///KENNY

Kenny, what unit do you have with the Blue Marvel you're considering replacing? NV112? If so, there are mixed reviews on the results.

I'm sending you a PM about the other things.

Based on what was reported on changing out the stock speaker in a NV112 for a Peavey BW speaker, the only thing it did was make the amp heavier.
GFI Ultra Keyless S-10 with pad (Black of course) TB202 amp, Hilton VP, Steelers Choice sidekick seat, SIT Strings (all for sale as package)
Cakewalk by Bandlab and Studio One V4.6 pro DAWs, MOTU Ultralite MK5 recording interface unit
