I recieved my seat from Wayne Brown.and it sure is pretty. I emailed Wayne to tell him that it arived and that it had a little shipping ding on it but that it wouldnt matter. He imediantly called me and he said that I ordered a new seat and that I was going to get one that wasn't all beat up. He told me he was shipping me a new one. He also said he was upgrading it to a newer modle that he is making. Now, you cant beat someone who takes care of there customers like that. So if anyone is thinking of getting a new seat, I highly recomend Wayne Brown and Out West pac-A-Seat. Thanks Wayne for your concern.
