Excellant video of Tom Brumley with the Stone Canyon Band in 1978. The camera is filming right over Tom's shoulder during a bunch of his leads. Check it out if you haven't seen this already, it's fabulous!

Great light touch by Tom B--loved how he always worked in in that quick reference to "She Belongs to Me" to echo the lyric.

This is a real gem. Interesting seeing Tom's right hand, how does he do that? Bob, I'd never even noticed the "She Belongs to Me" quote, that's so cool, also a nice nod to Buddy Emmons who played the original part(?).

Every time I hear Tom I think that's it, THAT's the tone. Smile

Great to see this! Thanks for posting this,I read Gram Parsons envied Ricky Nelson having a Buckaroo in his band..We still listen very often to the "Tom Cattin'"album,even the kids like it.
