Whats up with, Jagwire strings ?

Regina, thanks for your email this past week on my Jagwire order...well worth the wait if you can. Jags are the best strings I've used in almost 40 yrs of buying pedal steel strings. James, well said brother...Here's wishing Danny and Regina a better 2013! Thanks again, Carl

I was about to change strings this morning on my new Williams and went out to check my Saturday mail and my Jagwire Strings came in!

I ordered 2 sets of strings on Dec 4 and just received them today Dec 10. Can't do any better than that. Many thanks to Jagwire Strings!

Yeah I talked with Regina just recently and it seems they are almost caught up ... lets keep up the support for these 2 wonderful people, and their great strings.

So sorry for all the problems you all have had. I didnt know you were having problems before I placed an order & asked for a refund & did recieve a refund.

I did recieve my order of strings, a few days ago

The last two times I ordered from them - my first order arrived in 3 wks and then 4 wks the last order.
I order well ahead of when I need them. Well worth waiting for - by far the best strings I have used. I have not tried all brands but enough to realize Jagwire is superior.

I've heard enough positive stuff here lately that I will give them a shot. As good as Live Steel Strings are, I still prefer the Jagwires.

Funny thing, I received a PM from someone that told me that Live Steel Strings are actually Jagwires and that Sid bought Jagwire from Danny. I never believed it for a moment. Sid and Danny are two really upstanding guys and would never try to deceive anyone. They both deserve as much business as we can give them.

Yes it was Roger. Thanks for pointing that out.
We truly hope to be able to do that for you too. We're still working at sending Jagwire Strings products as often as we possibly can, but it's been a heluva struggle getting back up on top again, and we're still struggling.

This has indeed be a catastrophy for us my friends. We sincerely appreciate all of our great customers who have been very patient with us. We will always be forever greatful to our many endosers and the steel guitar community for their great support in these very difficult times.
