Does anyone else own a Mooney pedal steel guitar? I bought this one from Forumite, Gary Glisson, years back, had it for a few years and then sold it. Managed to get it back in February from the guy to whom I sold it.. Tom Mooney made these steels and the one I have used to have two forward levers but the previous owner lost one of them in addition to two vertical levers Sad Not sure how many he built but, in my opinion, he certainly did superb work on this one. Could anyone please suggest a person who could fabricate these lost levers as Tom does not build anymore? Thanks, stevet

Contact Michael Yahl here on the Forum. He's into making replacement parts and a great machinist!

Jim Palenscar can also do this kind of work. He made a similar forward moving lever for John McClung's Mullen.

Wow Steve she sure it's pretty. It def reminds me of that old s d10 Thomas we have both owned. I guess it's just the light mica color. You seen too get your hands on some fairly unique instruments That's one characteristic that I picked up about you. Isn't it funny how we get to know each other just through posts here on the forum.at least we make assessments rather than knowing.Nice guitar
Jeff
