Unique Pack-A-Seat! from Zane King GOOD PRICE!
Here is a very uniquely designed and solidly built pack-a-seat. You will notice this doesn't have legs. The whole box is used for storing your accessories. It also has these pull out drawers that are very useful for smaller accessories.
PRICE IS $125 plus cost of shipping.

seat
great idea what is the height from floor to top?
It is 21 inches high when you use it. It is 15 inches high when you transport it.

This is an interesting rig.
I have also seen another thread with a different seat of yours. I can't tell if you have just these 2 seats you are trying to get rid of or if you are taking orders and making these.
Are you making and selling these to order?
Thanks.

Hi Jeff! Not really. My dad as many folks know builds various items from steel guitars to cases and beyond. I've posted in other threads some of our keyless steel guitars and lap steels. He made 3 of these seats just coming up with several designs. Knowing him he may never build another one. So right now, I'm keeping one for myself and selling the other 2.

Lyle is right. The entire top flips. As you can see in the photo in one position (when transporting it) it is solid. Then when you get to your gig you just simply take it off and flip it. Easy stuff. That cushion then when in the transporting mode also helps to keep your goodies a bit more in tact. Just depending on how you organize everything inside. I like this one just fine but if I was going to be loading in and out every night I would opt for the more traditional one. That's in another thread here. I probably should have listed them together.

Yes, Jim the full box is there at that point. This is very comfortable. It is a bit more sturdy than seats with legs. Probably no question about that. All in all it's a good piece. Like I said earlier. My Dad built 3 of these. I'm keeping one and selling 2. If he takes a notion to build more then I might have them out there.
