Who was playing dressed like they were riding a pony?

Awhile back someone posted a url to a video of their band dressed in an outfit that made them look like each was riding a pony.
I can't remember his name but he was walking around in the crowd playing a dobro.
I lost the url. I thought that was the neatest thing I've ever seen.
Does anyone have a clue about this and could give me some info who he is and where this url might be located?
