MIKE JOHNSON
STEEL GUITAR SEMINAR
Texas Steel Guitar Jamboree
March 7, 2013 9am until 4pm
Mike is teaming up with Jeff Surratt & Show Pro Steel Guitars to do
a Steel Guitar Seminar at the Dallas Steel Show. It should be lots of fun.
We will, touch on lots of topics, dissect some songs, and try to answer
many questions. Basically, get into Mike’s head on his approach to steel
guitar. We plan to make it fun and entertaining as well as a great learning experience. Come join us.
PRICE: $70
Seating is limited so go to www.mikejohnsonproductions.com and click on Mike Johnson Steel Guitar Seminar

I signed up last month. Mike is one of my favourite players, and I am looking forward to seeing him play close up like I did last March in Dallas.
My new Show Pro will be ready for collection from Dallas, and its looking good so far.

It will be a light amber Roger, or as Jeff calls it - palamino. I have had to off-load one of my guitars as 'she who must be obeyed' has insisted that I downsize my collection to make room for the new Show Pro. My Emmons LeGrande 2 has gone to Ireland. I am going to retire from work next April so I will have a lot more time to practice then.
I will post pics on here when it is completed. It is at the finisher's at the moment, but I can say that the grain is something to behold.
Dallas will have TW and Mike J. representing Show Pro in March. Two wonderful players.
