I have an outside opportunity to see George here in Austin...Just wondering who's steeling for him on this tour..? Anybody know?

George Strait's steel player is Mike Daily. He plays a black Zumsteel D-10 and has been with George and his band since the start of George's career. Brett Day, Emmons S-10

Thanks a lot, Brett. I didn't know if he had a band per se or if he just hired Nashville cats...

In my opinion, George Straight has one of the best bands in the business.
