Has anyone heard how Dicky's health is holding out? Last I heard Amber had to leave him home for her UK European tour. I hope he is feeling better.

I hope he's doing better. The man is one of my favorite players and by all accounts a real decent man.

I'm a big fan also, and I would like to know if he is doing ok.

Does he ever respond on the forum? I hope all is well with Dicky.

I was down in Bandera last month, Dicky is not doing well...
Edit: I should probably be more specific.....I was in Bandera, and I usually stop in the shop next to Arkie's where Dicky's wife worked....I was told that she had quit, and was at home caring for him, as he was having some trouble walking...amongst other issues...So my info is second hand...Sure don't want to offend anyone...

I see him occassionally at the grocery store in Bandera (close to where I live). Saw him 6 months ago and he was limping real bad. He's definitely got a bad knee problem. Saw him within the last year at a local dance with his bother-in-law (Darrell McCall) and talked to him a bit that night. Other than the knee thing, he seemed to be in pretty fair shape.

Heck, if it's just his knee, we'll all chip in and buy him a new one. No big deal.

Hey I told Randy Lindley and his Wife Amber Digby about this thread as they are at Dicky's house for the weekend...and Randy will update everyone on this, after this holiday weekend.
