The easiest fix is some White-Out in the bottle. :D

I've also seen Polyseamseal (white adhesive caulk) or white nail polish used.

That's what Jerry Byrd did to my B8, splooged it in and then played it "like an old shoe".

I've successfully used fabric paint on more than one Rickenbacher. They fill the hole nicely, harden and stick in place. One can barely tell they are not original dots.
