Can someone fill me in on which steel player plays which show or event in Branson, for the next couple of weeks? Does Wade Landry have a steel in the Cajun Band? Thanks for any info .---Skip

Skip , Wade does carry a steel it's Dave Musgrave. That's a good show with great players . Branson doesn't cater to our taste (steel guitar) much anymore , however if you look around you might find a few . Joey Riley is now with the Clay Cooper show , Bruce Hoffman at last word was with the Joey Riley show , Greg Moody is with the Roy Rogers Jr show and he is a great guy too. well worth the price of admission to see and chat with Greg . Dean Holman is at the baldknobbers and the best dobro player you will ever hear and there is a good player over at the presleys but I never met him and his name escapes me sorry , Gene Mulvaney is with the grand band at the grand theater and I think they offer different shows with the same band members in all 3. Just a word of advice if I may , buy your tickets at the theatre box office there are a load of rip off tickets agents in town that will try and give you a line of bull to buy thier tickets but in most cases if not all cases the theatre box office price is the best deal and usually offer return discounts for other shows in their theatre . Don't look the time share bandits in the eye , ha!! They are in every corner of every business and they are ALL !! Crooks!! if they ask if you want to see a free show it's a scam and the trick to get them to leave you alone is just say "I'm a local thanks " it's like showing a vampier a cross .. Ha!! Hope this helps have fun Smile

Hey Boo,
I appreciate the menu. Lord willing my wife and I will be up there in a week or so. It's been a couple of years since we went to the Ozark Steel Club Jamboree that comes up in July. Gonna try to make up for it next year.
I'm going to send you an email , thanks again.

Skip, The steeler at The Presleys show is long time friend of mine, Kevin Clemens. Absolutely top of the line in all respects. Go see him and say hi for me. Bill.

I'll sure try Bill. I know Kevin is playing my current brand of steel guitar. I'd be interested in hearing what it should sound like. Smile
