I just got a pair of his custom fingerpicks and WOW. Now, I'm not old enough to remember the original National picks but if these are what they were like I can see what the fuss was about.

Not only do they sound great but they feel amazing, easily the most comfortable fingerpick I've ever tried. I suppose I got lucky but they fit me PERFECTLY right out of the package - finger bands were perfect, angles were perfect for me. I'm in heaven right now.

Yes, they are great. I had to do a bit of adjustment to make them fit...but are the most comfortable picks I have used. I prefer the Customs, but the original are just as good
