This is my wood body & lacquer Rittenberry that Gary sent me about a month ago. (The one that my friend, George Seymour, put a picture of in his post with
his new Ritt)

I have been waiting for the oppressive humidity in
Central Florida to subside, so I could take an outside pic to reflect of the beauty of this guitar. And, here it is.....

I asked Gary for a deep burgundy burst that folded from the front of the guitar, over the top.
It's more than I could have ever asked for !!!

Along with his newest touches with the floor pedals
and raise assist springs, this guitar almost plays itself.

Beautiful guitar .............You must be proud of it.
I'm interested to know the weight of this guitar out
of the case. I've seem several of these Ritts and they all have a great sound and playabiliy,
I'm looking around and the Ritt is one that I'm interested in SD10.
Thanks

Bill,

When I posted, I neglected to say that my particular guitar is an S-10, "body and a half" guitar, with a narrower pad.

The guitar, as it sets: 3/4" hard rock maple body,
4 X 5, and chromed steel legs, (no case) weights
37 pounds.

With that being said: There are several ways to
"lighten" it up, the most obvious is aluminum legs.
(That will reduce the weight by 4-5 pounds +/-)

But, I DO NOT know the specs.for his different
SD-10 guitars.

I would urge you to go to Gary's website.
It gives you his phone number and email address.

I don't want to give you information that should rightly come from him.

Best, Scott Truax

Scott,
Isn't it amazing; all of these players throwing rocks at your new Ritt cause they wished they had a great guitar like this. Glad they didn't make a ding in it. (just kidding)
That Rittenberry boy just keeps on out doing his self. Hummmmmm, wonder what he is thinking about next.
Well anyway, like my ole' friend Bobby Bowman says, "If you build em' good, then they'll play good".......

That sure is a beauty Scott. You'll enjoy that for years.
I love both of mine. They're the finest I've ever owned,
and I've had many in my days. When I see a new Ritt,
I drool & wish I could afford to get one just like it. Laughing
