Steel 'tech' in Southern FL?

Post by Roger Rettig »

I've already 'posted' this in 'Events...' (on reflection, the wrong place!)

Is there someone I can call in this area who could change some 'pulls' on my LeGrande?

I'd be much obliged for any suggestions....

Thank you, Andy, but I was hoping there'd be someone in this area (that area code looks like GA).

I really should be able to do this stuff myself! Can anyone recommend what tools I should have? The allen-wrench I have is the right size, but I can't get sufficient leverage to loosen the bell-cranks on the cross-rod.

I HATE those circlips (should that be 'C-clips'?)! How do they come off? Bobbe Seymour replaced a couple of mine with the Sho-Bud 'clips' a while back - they're much better, and even I can deal with them!

I'm pondering some changes, and it would be great if I didn't have to schedule an appointment every time a new thought struck me!

Thanks...
