I need to replace the volume pot in my WEBB . Anyone know what specific pot I need, and a source?. I don't recall how it attatched to the internals, I remember it not looking very obvious. It's one of the last non Tom Bradshaw WEBB amps. Hoping it's not a printed circuit board.
Thanks for all those that help.

Soldered direcly to the board with the right angle solder tabs of the pot. An absolute pain to do, as it must be placed properly or it will not line up to the front panel mounting holes.

Been there and done it. No longer working on Webb amps.

Thanks Ken,
I was afraid of that, and was hoping to send it to you.
Anyone know a source for a replacement pot, or someone who would work on this amp?
Does this sound crazy as a "plan B" ?
Using side cutters, carefully cut the three tabs off the faulty pot, leaving the tabs soldered to the board. Solder tabs to new pot or use a small "jumper wire " from old tab to new tab, either way I avoid soldering to the board.
I can solder, but I'm not sure I could solder to the board, I'm afraid I may damage it.
Thanks to any who reply.

IMO once you start soldering to the cut tabs they will move around... and if I'm reading right, there won't be enough room for both sets of tabs there.

Pictures are very helpful at this point... here's a stab at what I'd do, not having a clue as to what you're looking at:

0.) Remove old pot (cut tabs and unsolder one at a time)
1.) Obtain correct value pot in smaller form factor
2.) Use short wires to connect pot to board
3.) Install pot in panel

That way the fitment of the pot is non-critical. I'm thinking Bourns or other high-quality pot... these are available in square packages that have less diameter than what you may be looking at. Again, pictures would help here. Cutting the old pot free will make taking the tabs off of the board much easier.

Tom Bradshaw can get it taken care of, Steve, I'd trust only him and his technicians, they know the amp like no one else.

The "volume pot" is a 50K audio. This is not the "sensitivity pot", that is a 250K pot.

I have plenty of the 50K audio and will send you one. Tom gave me quite a few parts when I was repairing many amps for him.

Let me know for sure that it is the volume pot and I will send it Priority Mail. I found a 250 Audio pot that should work well, I will send that as well

Definately the volume knob, not sensitivity. Amp cuts out, turning the volume pot the slightest bit brings it back. Drilled it out and sprayed it, no luck. PM me, and let me know the details. Thanks!!
