Topic: Wiring in a pilot light (Session 400) |

I am replacing the pilot light (housing and all) in a Session 400. There are two undifferentiated red wires leading to it from the on/off switch, going to the two undifferentiated lead wires from the undifferentiated tabs on the light housing. Does it matter which wire goes to which tab and, if so, how do I tell which goes to which?

| That is a neon light and the leads are interchangeable, or in other words it doesn't matter. |

| No, no the same as a Session 400. The N=400 uses a LED. Pretty standard at Radio Shack. Odd that it burned out, LED has a life of 25 years on full time and about less than a second if installed in reverse polarity |

| I would check the connections for the Nashville 400 pilot light. I had one that I installed the Peavey mod on and the pilot light didn't work. I found a bad solder joint and after resoldering it worked. |
