Cents. For example tune open strings 3 & 6 11 cents flat. Tune the raises on strings 3 & 6 7 cents flat.

I look forward to trying it!
I've only been using them a short time, but, I love my little Seiko tuner with the numeric Cents readout!
-11 Cents coming right up. :)
