Chris Isaak always comes up with interesting tunes that are based on just a few chord changes. Here's my lap steel verson of "We Let Her Down," complete with the Horns of Plenty.

Thanks, Kay. I figured that you would like this tune, since we both covered Chris Isaak's Wicked Game on the steel guitar. Hope you're doing well.

Great version, Chuck -- my wife and I are huge Chris fans, and this is a terrific take on a great song. Nice playing and arrangement. Thanks for posting.

Nice sound, Chuck! I like your tone and the delay you're using. Very enjoyable listening, as always.

Sounds gruesome, Chuck Very Happy . You always find a way to put something new in a tune. And it's been WAAY too long since we've seen each other! Enjoy your playing, and your company. And I've never forgotten what you said at Saluda, about my bass playing.

Hi Steve,
Good to hear from you and glad you like the arrangement. You're right, it's been a long time since we got together. I'll be in Augusta on October 28 at Jack Burnside's show: http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=232685
Hope to get a chance to talk with you then, and hope you're doing well, Steve.
