Hi, are the forms available to order a badge for St. Louis? If so, where can I find one?

I bought a badge yesterday. I e-mailed Scotty to check price and then paid by PayPal.

The best way to order badges is three fold.

1 - Send an email to scotty@scotysmusic.com
2 - Pay at the registration booth
3 - Call(314) 427-7794 between the hours of 10:00am to 2:00pm

Thursday night Steel Guitar Hall Of Fame Show $10.00
Friday all day and night $35.00
Late Friday Night Concert $5.00
Saturday all day and night $35.00

2 day ADVANCE for Friday and Saturday $60.00
