Well,there ya go. I posted awhile back that I had never seen one of these with the numeral fretboards in the wild, only in catalogs. It's a beauty!

Not only the Roman numerals but what looks like a D7## serial number. I have D46# which has Roman numerals, boxcar pickups and no leg sockets. (I wonder if it's too early to have penciled dates and initials inside?)

Hello Ben and Clyde,

Serial number is D785 but no penciled in dates.

I've posted it for my father, Daun Suarez, who is a life long steel player.

My guess is that if original the pot codes will date 1950.
