San Antonio Steel Guitar Jam Session will hold our monthly jam session on Sunday, July 1, 2012. Our jam session will be held at the William P. Randolph American Legion at 326 Legion Dr.West.in Converse, Texas from 2pm until 5pm. Players are asked to please be tuned up and ready to play at 2 pm sharp. The American Legion will have meals available and the canteen will be open for your favorite beverage. All steel guitar players are invited no matter what their playing level.
We will have a "For Sale or Trade" table where you can sell or trade guitar, amps, cds or anything pertaining to our music. Please nothing that smells, grows, eats, or illegal.
Hope to see you and your friends on July 1, 2012 at the American Legion in Converse, Texas.

I plan on being there,,,and I'm bringing some instructional material that is a great help in learning chord locations on the fretboard (CD and printout) 10 copies available,,,first come, first serve.

We will have a great jam session. Jim Blakey will be our lead guitar player,James Quillian on bass, Dave Potter, we hope Mark Moseley, and our good friend and Brother Sonny Jenkins.

Just got back from the jam... man, what fun! Wonderful folks, great food, air conditioning, and a willing rhythm section... what more could you ask for?

Will certainly re-attend! Hope to see some of y'all in two weeks for the Austin coop.
