I had the honor and priviledge of meeting Danny Naccarato saturday night. Gene was in Bowie Texas, and put on, as usual, a great show. Danny did a great job and fit in with one of the best road bands out there perfectly. He is a great player and a great person!!! Looking forward to seeing you again soon. The Farewell Party Band is one of the best!!!! Gene gets better and better!!!

Thanks much Cliff. We had a great time playing there. I am having a blast playing for Gene. The guys in the FP band are a pleasure to ride, hang, and pick with. Never a dull moment.

We have the longest run so far this year, coming up. IN, WI, MN, SD starting this Sat.

Saw Danny and the Farewell Party band at the Indian Casino In Green Bay Wisconsin this week Three days!

Very nice steel work and the rest of the band was excellent and Mr. Watson , what can you say, a Legend.

Great show!

Rascal Flatts ain't related to Lester,
but Dale Watson likes the same kind of music as Gene!

Don't let em catch you laughin' when the steel guitar is cryin' !

Had the pleasure seeing Danny with Gene and the FP band on June 14 at a little theater in Sandstone Minnesota. Really Great show. Would like to have been able to say Hi to Danny but just too many people and it was getting late. Maybe nest year. I have been a big Gene Watson fan since 1975.

I watched Gene Watson and his band perform in Jackpot Saturday night. I lucked out as I was given a seat right next to Danny Naccarato. I could see his pedals, volume pedal, and right hand technique clearly. Not only is he a gifted picker, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He was playing a Mullins through a Nashville 400 with superb tone. He graciously answered my questions about his technique. He in truly an ambassador of the steel guitar. I hope they come back to Nevada soon so I can hear Danny Play.
