I recently aquired a new lacquer D10 Mullen.
It is 8x4 and I want to make it 8x7. I talked with Mike at Mullen and he told me that the cross shafts are user installable without taking the guitar apart. Looking at the undercarriage, I don't see how.
Ok... someone has contacted me with two new knees for sale taken off a new D10. The problem is, he doesn't know how to remove the cross shafts without taking the guitar apart. Any advice?
