Danny can correct me if I'm wrong, but Yes. It is not a donation but an order. However, if everyone orders and prepays, then they would probably again be too far behind with all the back orders to get back into production as normal. However, I know Danny is keeping the money in the account until there is enough, if something should go wrong, then I do believe they would issue refunds.Mike, do I understand from your 2/16 post that an order for Jagwire strings serves the same purpose as the donations? If so, I've been waiting for an opportunity to order.
This campaign is designed as a donation to help save our strings. Orders should go through Danny like normal and not use the donation button. For donations please use the buttons or send to them as a donation.

Mike. Your answers are correct in all aspects of this.
We're getting a little closer now, but still have a ways to go yet to make the mark. Although most of the donations have been small at this time, they are VERY MUCH appreciated, and every little bit helps to get us back up and running again. It's been a very rough road trying to get back up and running again, and that's putting it mildly, but we feel confident at this time that it will happen.
I can't begin to tell you how much we truly appreciate all the folks who have come to help rescue us in these absolutely horrific times, and you can all rest assured that you won't be forgotton.
A very special thanks to you Mike, and to the family at the Mullen guitar company. Without you, we probably would have never even had a chance of recovering.
God bless all of you.

I received my string order today. I'm hoping that Regina and Danny have made it through their rough times and the road they travel will be smooth from now on.

The difference between a musician and a savings bond is eventually the bond will mature and earn money.

I have had the opportunity to meet Danny and Regina and I can truly say that I have not met finer people in my life. Danny sold a guitar for me on consignment and refused to take anything for it. Well, now I have the opportunity to repay his kindness, and so the donation is on its way. And I will say to those who need to feel that they are receiving something for their money besides just the good feeling that comes from an act of kindness, I feel sorry for you and I hope that you will never be in the situation where you need assistance from others, because you may well not receive it.

Danny and Regina,
Thanks again for some great stings!! I wish ya'll the best as you work through your difficult times. I'll look for my order to arrive in the next couple of days. I also sent a donation to help out as well.

Hey JR:
Why don't you start a Cobra Coil thread and then all the pickers that love them can post their comments there.
I have used Cobras,GHS,SIT, and a lot of other brands. I will take Jags over any of the others.
I only been picken for sixty for sixty four years, so I still got a lot to learn..

Hey Mr. Willis:
I bet you only play old push pull Show Bud and Emmons guitars too. I used to play them too 50 years ago but I have an open mind and respected the opinions of others on ond off this forum enouigh to make a change to newer tecknology guitars.. Nothing wrong with push pulls and I repect the players who worship them.. but I chose a different path.. This forum is about people expressing their opinions .. I hope you recognize that..

I get the impression from reading posts here that they are, but maybe a little behind in deliveries.
My big question is whether the forum is going to sell them again. I switched from Jags to Live Steel Strings because of the inability to get Jags, but would gladly switch back if I can get them from the forum. I like to buy form the forum so the money can help support it.
