Peavey Max Bass preamp, $199.00 and shipped. Awesome preamp with a tube and transistor preamp. You use one or the other or blend them. Effects loop and a crossover output capability for bi-amping.
New tube, 1 new pot and several new knobs.

bump for the MAX 100, still got it. Clearing out the shop of things we can do without. Still rebuilding the house after the fire on Oct 14th. All funds will help in our home rebuild for sure!

hi ken how does this pre amp sound with steel does it work well with the mesa boogie amp i'am interested in it

I never tried it with a steel. I liked it on guitar woith the Mesa amp.

You might ask in electronics, it seems I read some comments onthis preamp before for steel that were positive.
