Fender Cup Jack for bandmaster cabinet

Does anyone know a resource where I can buy one of these? This is the silver cup jack (1/4 phone jack)used on all the 60's cabinets.

I use a combination of Strat and Tele jack plates
and a long shank 1/4 jack.
